Mission Statement We aim to provide a safe but challenging environment to enable our clients to feel comfortable with their skill level and also develop at a pace to keep them interested.
We ask that our clients, staff and our horses are treated with respect to enable them all to flourish.

Lauras Lessons

Our staff are qualified in all areas of equestrian. We are fully licensed and insured.

We are a fun and friendly riding school located on the edge of Sutcombe, Holsworthy, Devon.

We offer riding lessons for all ages and abilities, country-side hacking and Pony Club for children ages between 4 and 25 years.

Laura’s Lessons Pony Club

We are a Pony Club Centre. This means that we are affiliated to The Pony Club, so that our clients can access the activities, achievements badges, proficiency tests, competitions and much more that run throughout the scheme

We have three different types of Pony Club sessions. We have a:

Thursday evening session for children aged between 4 and 10 this runs from 4.15pm - 5.45pm
Saturday session for children 11 years and above this runs from 10am - 4pm
Sunday session this is for children between 5 and 11and runs from 10am - 1pm

All sessions are run weekly and continue throughout the holidays.

The Objectives of Pony Club

To encourage young people to ride and learn to enjoy all kinds of sport connected with horses and riding
To give instruction in riding and horsemanship and to educate members to look after and take care of their animals correctly.
To promote the highest ideas of sportsmanship, citizenship and loyalty to create strength of character and self discipline.
